3. No Fiduciary Duty (非金融信托): This application provides text generation and routing utilities for completely generic commercial use. It does NOT constitute business, legal, or IT compliance advice.

4. Customer Indemnification (全额反弹护甲): You strictly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers against any claims, losses, chargebacks, legal fees (including attorney's fees), or regulatory penalties resulting directly or indirectly from your usage of this tool or your disputes with Stripe.

5. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (核级仲裁围剿): Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to exclusive, confidential, one-on-one binding arbitration. YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

6. Strict No-Refund Policy: All Stripe transactions for Pro subscriptions are absolute and final. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on refunds or chargebacks due to the digital and irrevocable nature of unlocked licenses.

7. Intellectual Property & Code Integrity: The proprietary algorithm and source codes hosted on this Vercel Edge node remain the sole property of the developers. Reverse engineering or local tampering is structurally blocked and strictly prohibited.

8. Implicit Consent: By checking the "I agree" checkbox and authenticating via Google OAuth, you execute a legally binding digital signature accepting all 8 clauses of this fortress agreement unconditionally.
